‍The goal of this project is to develop an AI-supported web mapping application that enhances user interaction through natural language queries and understanding of global submarine cable networks.

‍Version Status:
The prototype system allows multiple active sessions at the same time. The map content is generated from AI model outputs, which are based on user queries. The AI model is trained on a limited dataset and may not provide accurate responses to all queries. The map displays known submarine cable routes and landing points which are derived from publicly available sources. These sources are also listed in the chat panel when available. Please note that the system is still under development, so responses may occasionally be incorrect or misleading. The prototype system is not intended for professional or commercial use.
